GENERAL- My standard turnaround time is up to 2 weeks or 1 month (it can be less depends on complexity)- Delays may occur due to workload, health, or personal circumstances. If this happens, clients will be informed.- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.- I will provide progress updates when necessary (sketch, lineart, etc.).- Major changes after approval of a stage may require an extra fee.- You may not resell, redistribute, mint, or profit from the artwork unless commercial rights were purchased. (u can ask for the prices for commercial use)- I retain the right to use commissioned artwork for portfolio, social media, and promotion. (unless requested by the commissioner)

PAYMENT- Full payment is required upfront before I start working. (half payment upfront only apply on Galaxy parfrait, Candy box and Wedding cake)- Payments are accepted through paypal only for the moment- If you need the artwork by a specific date, please mention it before payment (these may include an additional fee).- Client would not receive their finished comm until total payment is done (apply for the half payment upfront).- Partial refunds may be given depending on how much work has been completed.- Full refunds are only available if I have not started the commission.
